I need to find a better spot for photos. The lighting is so bad. I don’t love the way this photo looks but I did feel very good in this lewk. I had a lot of walking to do and it was one of those fall days where the weather was all over the place so this fit the bill well. I had my Barbour coat too for when it got cool and the black all over was sharp but casual because of the hat. I think the top part of this lewk would also go great with leggings or a pair of jeans.

I received this shirt two years ago for my birthday and I think I’ve only worn it once since which is sad because a) sustainability and b) it’s actually really cute and fits better than I remembered. It was perfect for running to the library and going out for dinner. I felt like this lewk was a very Farmer’s Market and a good canvas tote would have been great to complete that but I’m not really a Farmer’s Market kind of person (I sleep in too much) so the leather bag added a bit more edge for me. This was also the first time I wore these jeans and their light weight ensures they’ll be great all year long.

Man I loved this outfit. The Ralph Lauren shirt is one of my favorites, I think it’s just so effortless and pulled together. I did end up getting the skirt taken in just a bit at the waist and it’s so much better now. Definitely plan on repeating this lewk in the future.
